The left picture WAS me before Christmas 2013. Due to over eating and depression you could say it got the better of me, I had no control of my eating habits and well.. I ate what I could when I could really... I could barely fit into a size 18 and enough was enough. I finally stood my ground January 2014. Eating weight Watchers meals and walking my dog I have slowly began to love who I am again. Considering I WAS a healthy size 10-12 over 5 years ago!
