I learned how to cook
I got in shape for the first time in my life (after skipping every gym class ever in school cause i hated it), and have been active for 2 years now
I now care about what I put in my body and I'm getting better at listening to it, resulting in perfect blood work and just a general feeling of wellness0 -
I've lost 37 lbs so far.
My blood pressure is back to my normal 100/67.
I can shop in the size medium tops!! :happy:0 -
1. I know how to lose and maintain my weight.
2. Men are not mysterious to me any more and I'm less shy around men in real life.
3. I confidently wear a bikini in public. I like my appearance more than I ever have in my life.0 -
Those 3 times I got nudes.0

2. I am now wearing a dress size 2/4
3. I found an awesome support system online that is so amazing I wish I had known about it sooner!0 -
1. I am able to engage in portion control
2. I've made some amazing online and IRL friends

3. My BP and thyroid levels are back in the normal range.

1. Eating clean and homemade! Created so much awareness of really how much and poorly I was eating before. Logging works????
2. Lost cravings for tea, coffee and sugar-replaced with cinnamon, green tea and honey ????
3. Great friends on MFP who share their real life daily struggles, make me laugh and keep me motivated????☺️0 -
i am 5'4 and went from 90 kg to 55 kg.
i have no longer back pain
i can walk and talk for hours without getting tired
i can wear awesome clothes0 -
1. In one month I lost one inch off my waist and two inches off my hips
2. When I started working out, I could not come up from one pushup. Now I can do five!
3. I had to buy smaller work clothes yesterday0 -
1) got more confidence and got a new job
2) all my clothes in my closet fit!
3) learning I can have some self control and can take care of myself0 -
1) I met my inspiration, my best friend, my beastress
2) I realized if you work hard and stay focused, you CAN reach your goals

1. Have won more badminton matches than in previous years.....even placed 1st in mixed doubles at two tourneys.
2. Fell back in love with weights and running!
3. Surprised myself....was apprehensive that I could go from a 16 to a 10....I'm a size 8 now!0 -
1) I found out this world is not just full of bad people who don't care. My MFP friends rock!
2) My daughter is doing better in school.
3) I found more purpose in life.0 -

1.) I love living.

3.) Any pain I have is from pushing myself and not from having too much stuffing on me.0 -
1. I feel like my body and I are on the same page again. Like bumping into a long-lost friend and still having everything in common. It feels amazing.
2. My fiancé tells me how amazing my butt is several times a day, definitely nice.
3. There are moments, either right in the middle of a really tough workout, or after I've found out that I have dropped another dress size, that I have to stop myself from breaking down into tears because I am so proud of myself. I used to cry because I was disappointed in myself, I can't even remember the last time I disappointed myself.0 -
I have much more energy
Feel happier - more positive
Enjoy exercise like biking, roller blading - I use to avoid exercise
Can reach my toes to put on nail polish!0 -
I've lost about 30 pounds
I learned how to eat in moderation instead of taking an "all-or-nothing-eat-salad-and-oatmeal-all-day" approach
I've regained confidence and then some
I've become more internet savy. I never heard of the word butthurt meant until I joined mfp :P0
