    To the person with the fabulous Miss Piggy profile pic: Take heart and keep going. If you're not seeing results, change what you're doing. Weighing food? Honest with portions? Writing everything you're biting? Drinking water? Try adding a fresh salad to lunch and dinner, with vinegar as dressing. Try sticking with foods as close to their natural source as possible (eliminating packaged foods). Keep it up and you will reach your goal. Use your network.

    These are all incredible! You all are great motivators. I know these stories are real, and represent amazing individual efforts and tremendous commitment. You can see the increased confidence in the 'after' pics - you can attempt and achieve anything once you gain control of yourself.
    I'm going to look for my own before and see what a 20 lb drop did to my face.
