Dang! You are rocking that hourglass shape. I'm really impressed by your lifting results. Great example for any women who are worried about weight lifting making them look less feminine.

I lift heavy too and the weight is not going anywhere (not even 100 g!) , but I lost 1.5 size and lots of inches. Keep going!

    thanks, everyone!

here's some side shots that show off what lifting has done to my glutes.... i was tempted to post another thread for these, but changed my mind... a bit too narcissistic, lol...

How tall are you? We look similar for hourglass figure starting points so was just curious. Fantastic job! I just bought a weight set off of Craigslist and getting started. Will be expecting some great results.

Great Job! Have you changed your eating habits too?

I aim for a 40/30/30 macros split on workout days, and a 34/33/33 split on non-workout days... my carb intake is usually limited to veggies/fruits/whole grains, though i do splurge on a cookie or fruit bar for dessert.... i don't eat crazy "clean" or "dirty", it's usually a normal mix of food that ranges from totally homemade whole wheat pizza (no cheese-lactose intolerant) to fast food burgers.
