Ladies only-who does this? I envy you!

I know a lot of people who work out, then just hang out in their workout clothes for the rest of the day!? I cannot do that - I get so sweaty and am prone to female issues if I don't get into dry clothes right away!
Do you or don't you? Ladies?

I've been known to put my workout clothes on 4 hours before I work out but once I'm done working out, they gotta come off expecially my sports bra!!!0
-
What she said. I also sometimes come home and shower, then put on clean workout clothes.0
-
Uh-uh! They got to go as soon as I'm done!0
-
Honestly, I keep my workout clothes on.0
-
Guess I'm in the minority...get home from working out and have to make dinner, walk the dogs, etc, so I usually air dry until bedtime0

I am sooooo lazy sometimes, yeah I am still wearing my workout clothes right now as we speak...3 hours post-work out. Will change soon.
This is usually only after doing more moderate exercise--I was not sweating buckets or anything. I know it's gross but just too tired to change when I get back sometimes!
Oh ETA: I don't think this causes any major hygiene issues!0 -
Nope, no way. Sometimes I change even when I get sweaty out about!
And shower before bed!
Though I do love wearing my workout clothes out and about. Super comfy!0 -
I'm in the gym for a few hours so as soon as I get home(sometimes Ill stop by the store or have to pick up kid or something) I take them off, put them in washer and jump in the shower.
I like to smell good. lol0 -
oh good grief no !! I stay in my clothes as long as it takes to get home but I am just gross after a workout !0
-
I try to take them off right away.0

I workout after work, at or near work depending what I'm doing that day, and by the time I get home after a 20 minute drive with the windows down, I'm pretty well dry and ready to start making dinner. so I often stay in them until bedtime but wipe down with baby wipes before starting dinner. If I'm really soaked or feeling gross, I'll shower as soon as I get home.0
-
Ill admit - I go work out in the morning, may do some house work, possibly work out again later...
I wake up, put on clean workout clothes..and I stay in them all day long. I bask in it. Like a badge of honor.0 -
I work out in the morning but I don't really sweat a lot when I exercise so when I have no other plans for the day, I could keep them on. If I'm going somewhere else, I like to lightly clean myself with a warm wet towel and change into something else. I'm the type that likes to dress nice where ever I go, even if it's to the grocery store.0

I have been swimming for exercise.
The suit stays on for several hours.
Considering 100 degrees.0 -
I am a clothes changer. And if I am good, I will put a towel on the car seat because I get paranoid that the car will start to smell like the gym.0

Currently I'm running workouts back to back with dance class- and even from the time it takes me to drive the 6 miles to class- I can tell I'm starting to "ferment"... then 2 hours of sweaty drippy hard work later- I try to get home and shower- STAT.
Occasionally- I have to go to the market- and holy crap- I can't stand the smell of myself- it's awful... them john's come off as soon as I can get out of them in the doorway. I hate hanging out in dirty workout clothes!0 -
I go to the work-gym right after work. I'm usually drenched afterwards so I always hit the showers when I'm done. Even when I'm home, right after a workout, I run a hot tub of water for a bath. I'm too sweaty after a workout to keep my gym clothes on.0

I may skip the shower, especially if I am doing something active later, but i always put on fresh clothes.
Smell isn't everything0 -
I always come home and shower right away. I sweat way too much to even think about keeping my workout gear on. Just yuck!0
-
I leave them on until all my workouts for the day are done. I need to walk/ jog/ run with my dogs around lunch time, so mornings in workout clothes, afternoon freshly showered in new clothes.

I sweat like anything so they have to come off - luckily I do most of my exercise before work (at the gym in work) so I just change and shower immediately after.0
-
I often have to make stops on the way home, but once I'm home, the sweats come off and I wash my nasty *kitten*.0
-
Nope I have to take a shower and put on fresh clothes. Then again I take multiple showers anyway. Why idk. Hot water has always felt good to me since I was a child.0
-
Nope o_o I go to home and shower or atleast change asap.0
-
No, not after working out.
Beforehand, though...I've been known to wear workout clothes all day in anticipation of exercise.0 -
Absolutely depends on what I've been doing. If it's been a gentle stretching or toning workout then I'll probably mooch about in my work-out clothes for a bit.
Normally after weights I come home for lunch and am starving so shower/change has to wait until food has been devoured.
If it's running/cycling/spinning then hell, the workout clothes come off and showing is a priority.
Also, I will quite often put my workout clothes on ready if I have a fitness class scheduled within the next few hours and then change afterwards.0 -
Nope, the room I work out in is right next to the bathroom, and I don't even sit down before dragging my butt in for a shower (not necessarily a hair wash because I'd ruin my mane if I washed it every day). Plus, the hot water on my just worked out body is so soothing, especially during the summer because then I actually feel cold afterwards - a definite plus when summer is pretty much from May to November at least!
I do look forward to the day when I can go to the gym and wear a sports bra and capris and not feel like a cow. One day... one day...
Work out clothes, though, before I've worked out, yeah, I'll totally wear those all day, no problem.0 -
It depends on my workout. If I've just done Pilates or something not super sweaty, I'll hang around in my gym clothes for a while, unless I have someplace to go...although I have no problem dashing to the market or Target in gym clothes sans makeup.
If I've done something more intense and sweatier, I'll want to shower and change immediately. I don't like my clothes to feel moist. Heck, I don't even like the word moist.0 -
I go to the gym after work nowadays, and I usually smell like whatever I have been cooking that day, add that to the "gym" smell and yeah, i have to change and take a shower when I get home.
True story, i had just walked in and was heading for the squat rack, waiting my turn when I saw a nice looking slightly older gentleman leaning in my direction and smiling in a questioning sort of way. I smiled back and he excused himself and said, "I'm so sorry to stare..." And I got a little happy because maybe my hard work was paying off..."But, do you smell like...smoked brisket?" SO deflated! And, truth...yes, I did, because smoking 300lbs of brisket will permeate...0 -
Sometimes my day gets busy the second I'm done working out, so I'll stay in them for an hour or so while I get the kids ready for school etc...but I'm breastfeeding my 8 week old daughter right now, so normally I have to change and clean up - because sports bras are NOT nursing bras lol0
