    I am 5'5" and started right at 212. I am down 6 pounds in 22 days. I am trying to make better food choices and track calories daily...lifestyle changes that I can stick to for good, rather than some fad diet that I know I won't stick to long term. I gave up Diet Sodas 2 months ago and replaced them with water or unsweetened tea - I immediately noticed that my cravings for sweets went way down after giving up the diet sodas. And I have not had anything fried in more than a month...those were the 2 big hurdles for me. I have cut way back on carbs. I have made healthier choices for snacks, if I have a snack. Good luck reaching your goal!!
