    As I have a long way to go in my weight loss and am struggling with a knee injury my goal for June is 25 km.
    Next month I will increase it for sure!!!

    I won't do a ticker as I use runkeeper to keep me up to date! But I'm currently on week 4 of Hal Higdon's 10 mile training plan, so this month I should hit 40 miles.
