I read about the c25k app in one of the posts and downloaded it to my phone. I did first day
work out today and felt great afterwards. It really is a terrific app.

I was hoping to start this month with a loss. I have to try harder next week because I would like to
get the 5 pounds off this month. Last month I lost 3 so I know I can do it. More discipline and more
exercise. My bike is off the turbo trainer and now on the road so I once I figure out my new calculator
I will be riding. :bigsmile: I did the lose the 2 pounds from my sailing weekend but my ticker says
169.0 so I will have to call it a maintain.0 -

First time at this with you all, but ready for a go! I need some encouragement!
I'm getting married in a few weeks and would like to be at my best size, which is a Calvin Klein 10. Odd at 158, but true. Everything he makes in a ten fits and I so want to be looking good in those clothes again!
My wedding dress is too large and I need to burn off the weight in the next 28 days in time for final fittings!
I know I can do this, I was at the 150 mark for three years and suddenly, my thyroid crashed and I gained 35 pounds in just 6 weeks!
Summer fun?
Getting married to my high school sweetheart after 3 years of long distance dating!
Going on a trip around the world honeymoon that starts immediately and is intermittent through the next year!
Moving to Mexico City with new Husband!

Boo for TOM! Was up 2.4 pounds on Tuesday so I will take the .2 today. I resolve to eat better (no more Oreos) and keep up with my workouts this week. My son is out of school, so finding the time may be difficult but I will do it! Perhaps I will get up before he does next week and work out.
