I do eat ice cream Haha. Or warm milk. Or even some cheese. I do the dairy thing I guess. =P0

Ya know, so you don't dive face first into ice cream or a bowl of cereal at 11 PM! I've been doing a handful of nuts, but was looking for a quick, satisfying fill me up.

Dreyer's Lemon or Lime Outshine Bars. They are sweet and tart and just utterly fantastically wonderful (They have lots of other flavors, but these are the only ones I like). They hit the ice cream spot for only 70 calories.0 -
Some applesauce or a banana and almonds. I know applesauce can be a little sugary but I like to keep it on hand for when I crave sweets...
You can usually find some 72% or more dark chocolate in my pantry for when I really really crave chocolate.0 -
