I have lost 90 lbs in a little less than two years with Weight Watchers. I Started out at 257.6 now I am168. The only problem now is I can't seem to get the rest of my weight off, another 20-25lbs. Any suggestions. I work out 3-4 times a week. Check out my pics, I hope my link works. Let me know

you have to click on the album title or photo then click on the link at the BOTTOM of the page so that anyone can see the pics including ppl who are not on fb or not your friend on fb
that's the link you have to paste for us0 -

Not able to view. Awesome job. Change what you are eating and excerise that you are doing. It used to help me when I was on weight wathcers years ago. Seeing success stories like yours makes me feel I can do it too. I so look forward to the day to be a size 14. Smaller then that would be awesome but I know how I felt at 14. Awesome. Keep up the great job you have done.0

I could see the pics. Way to go! Very inspiring.
Perhaps what you need is to change up your exercise routine. The body gets used to doing the same old same old. Maybe a new DVD, or a different piece of cardio equipment?
Good luck on the rest of your journey!0 -
You look AWESOME!!!! Great job! I see your smile getting bigger and bigger and the confidence building! Keep it up :flowerforyou:0

To help out sometimes you have to up your workout 3 to 4 might not cut it any more you will probably have to up your workouts to 5 or even 6 a week. After a while your body gets used to the routine so you have to shake things up. Try getting up an hour earlier and go straight into your workout. It will shock your body and help with the last bit of weight. Congratulations on your weight loss and good luck on the rest.0

I wish I could bump it up to 5 or 6. But the gym is about 30 mins away and gas is so high. I cant wait until it warms up and I can get outside.0

You look great!!! You started out at the weight I am now. I hope that I can find it in me to be as successful as you have been.0

You can do it. I was a bump on a log , not very active . Now I can run 3 miles on the treadmill.0

great job!!!! you look fabulous! While you are running on the treadmill, trying working in some sprint time where you spike your heart rate up a little -- this should help you jump start your metabolism0
