Difficult week this week, very stressful.
3 things I'm lookiing forward to this month
1. Weekend away end of this month. Lots of walking in a beautiful part of The countryside.
2. Going to a Dales breed show in 2 weeks to drool over the ponies and spot my mares relatives.

Three things that I am looking forward to:
Total lost: 1.8kg
1. Racking up my 1,000,000 step on my fitbit since February!
2. Making it through winter (in Australia) with my Fibromyalgia
3. Being able to go out and spend time outside my house for once0 -
humph... this is sad. I read online that i have to lose at least 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week. :sad: that's heart breaking. the most i can lose is 200 calories per day :mad: well...

I have been yoyoing since a high weight of 217 in 2011 down to 178.

I have one of those old scales with the little lines that you can barely see: so , on Tuesday a bought a Weight Watchers
digital scale, weighed my self and it read 184.2 .... what the heck!!!. Weighed my self on Friday.... 183.4. I have been doing
the c25k app on a 2.8 mile route and finish the route in about 45 min...... WELL.... I just weighed myself and I weigh 188.4 on
my new scale.......... I could understand a 2 lb fluctuatiion but, almost 5 lbs in a couple of days... LOL ... I guess that is why
they say not to wiegh yourself too often.
As far as my diet is concerned I average between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I will contirnue to press toward the goal.

ter529, I've done a C25k program too, and I read that it puts on muscle for the first several weeks before it starts to show weight loss on your scale, and that is pretty consistent with my experience. Keep it up and good luck!
I am joining this party a little late, but here it goes:

I am looking forward to going to one of my best friend's wedding in Santa Cruz in August, awesome bbqs, and a beach trip or two.
My biggest challenge right now seems to be that now it is getting hot outside when I get off work it is harder to be motivated to go out for a walk/jog which has been my workout of choice. I already leave for work before it is light out in the morning, so I am going to have to find some alternate things to do since I can't go running before work.0 -

One thing I'm looking forward to is my planned 8 night cruise at the end of June. Also because of that cruise I'm not too certain I will make my 5 pounds this month but will sure try.
Another thing I'm looking forward to is onederland :happy: . Don't have a goal for it but do hopes it happens some time this summer.
