My go-to sandwich for when I don't have enough time, calories, or imagination for anything else is a Thomas' thin bagel, a lite laughing cow wedge, and roasted red peppers (from Costco). I've probably had 50 of them since I started losing weight and I'm not tired of it yet!0

Ham rollups for sure !0

I cut a chicken breast lengthways, not quite all the way through, and spread it with a wedge of LCC, top it with a slice of ham, toothpick it shut and roll it in breadcrumbs and bake - it makes and awesome chicken cordon bleu and the cheese doesn't leak out like some many do. Yum!
It's also great in mashed potato, so creamy.
I was going to say almost exactly this - it's a Hungry Girl recipe - she has it without breadcrumbs, which is how I prefer it.0 -

I tried this easy snack from one of my favorite blogs, Carrots n Cake. Simple and delish!
No-Bake Creamy Chocolate Chip Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 wedges of Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cinnamon Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until fully blended. (Blend by hand or in a small food processor.) Once blended, stir in chocolate chips.
Roll batter into 1-inch balls and place on wax paper on top of a plate or tray.
Place plate/tray in refrigerator to cool balls for 2+ hours.
Remove from refrigerator and enjoy immediately.
Makes 7-8 balls0 -
