So I went to see my nutritionist and I explained that Im not losing any weight even tho I am doing the right things. I count my calories and eat about 1000 a day. She told me I was not eating enough. That the bigger a person is, the more they should eat in order to lose weight. It doesn't really make much sense to me, if this this is true, can someone please elaborate?
