Aww luv you are def not alone. I guess per "weight/stat" type of things I should be around 150ish...which is just under 100lbs for me. Tho I think I just want to get down to a certain clothing size and I will be happy. If I worry about too much of a number, I will hoover over the scale forever and just feel disappointed all the time.

I've seen a lot of folks on this site in your same position, and I've noticed that some people choose to break it up into smaller goals (i.e. set your ticker to lose 20, then again to lose the next 30, and so on). That might make it seem less daunting, and it'll give you some milestones to celebrate!0

As of this morning, I am overweight!!! In September 2013, I was 350 pounds, and today I am 218, and my BMI dropped to 29.978. I have lost 132 pounds! No surgery, no pills, no fad diets...just simple eat less and exercise more...with the priority being on eat less! You can totally do it.
I never thought I'd be so excited to be JUST overweight in my life! But this. This exactly. My Highest Weight was 300, start weight was 261 and current is 168.8. Anyone is welcome to add me for encouragement and motivation!0 -
