 I HIT MY GOAL! I am now 228!! YAY!!! So my *NEW* goal for Labor Day is 220! That leaves me with 8 pounds to lose and 4 weeks to do it.

            Ha! I am under 130 for the first time today! 129.6.
 I know that inches, not pounds are the way to do things, but it was still nice seeing that number on the scale!! :happy:
 I really just want to keep this up for when I go home next week!!0

            I know I'm starting this late but I need something to motivate me. Labor day is what 4 or 5 weeks away? I'll try it.

 Currently I am at 179.2 so I lost 4.4 lbs this week, yeah, but I have been working extra hard as we have our engagement party sunday and I have not seen a lot of these people in months. I should slow back down to the healthy rate the rest of the challange or not well see.
 update, 2 weeks down. My cuurent weight is 178.9, so 4.7 down. I had a fun weekend but had to re lose 2 o the 4.4 from the week before. It was our engagement party though and my friend and I were up the night before making/eating cookies.

 Update, 3 weeks in. My current weight is 175.3, so I am down 8.3 lbs total.

 STILL ON TRACK.
 That was my weight this morning too, :sad: , yeaterday it was 174.9. oh well. Behind a week. I was so sick though i did not really make it into the gym.
 Another week behind. I was down to 173.7 but am back up to 174.3 so I am maintaining. I have been eating ok, most days are under the calories though, who knows. I have went to the gym 3 times but was just doing the treadmill maybe I need to up it. I don't know.Anyways another week down, atleast I am not gaining.
 So 3.5 weeks left. Going with the 173.7 I have 8.7 lbs left to lose. Which is 2.48 lbs per week. I will be close to my goal but I am not sure if I will make it. I want to do this right, I may try to make it into the gym for the classes instead of the treadmill, that may make a diff.0

            opps. so i got a new scale and apparently my old one was a bit off... 20lbs (i knew my weight seemed too high) so my new start weight is 150... and new LD goal is 145!!! (hehe... new scale = the easiest 20lbs ever!!!!) :bigsmile:0

 OK - yesterday was Labor Day. I made it to 186.5, so I missed my goal by 1.5 pounds. I'm OK with that because I'm still averaging 1.5 pounds a week, which is pretty good. Especially since just 2 months ago I would never have dreamed I'd be 186.5 by September 1st! 0 0
