Oatmeal
I buy everything to bake from scratch and keep those ingredients around so I can substitute with splenda and have a low-carb post insulin snack. right now I'm out of unsweetened cocoa powder, so that's on the list.
I'll normally also get some frozen pizzas and frozen burrittos for my boyfriend to eat when I work late.
I love salsa, but the pita chips are not that low carb, so I normally buy some type of veggie to cut up and make into "chips"0
