1st ride last night this week due to other comitments so went for a nice 57.5 mile ride to coast and back with the old man so avg is a bit lower than normal. have a nice 101 mile route set for tomorow so should still be on track for the 700 miles this month.

Wow!! Great job everyone! I'm so inspired by those of you who can handle 20+, 50+, 100+ mile rides. I'm starting back after not cycling in years and am pretty proud of my 10s and 12s so far
47.32/50 miles for June:
10.76 on June 1st
12.18 on June 8th
12.18 again on June 10th (I'm guessing the distance on this one, since my app didn't record this ride - bummer! - but I did the same route that I did on the 8th so it's a very, very close estimate) - Feeling great this morning!
12.2 on June 12th - I did the same route as the 10th, but it was more humid, much more windy (headwind on the hills heading home), and I exerted much more effort than last time. I feel it this morning - a bit of water retention but muscles feel nicely tight but not hurting - another great ride!
