*edit* "I don't just work out - sometimes I clean to it too!
Rammstein, Van canto, Disturbed, led zeppelin, iron maiden we've been listening to a lot of Norwegian folk metal too :)"

^^Whoops didn't realize I could quote, my bad. Anyway, that's who I'm replying to.

Yes! Thank you! You are the first person I've seen that said zeppelin... I mean Judas Priest, pantera, ACDC, Metallica, etc, are all obviously fantastic, but finally someone said led zeppelin. I was searching for that one!

I like some metal. Five Finger Death Punch is a must on my running playlists. I always sprint to their songs. I'm more a rock girl though. I'm not sure if Avenged Sevenfold is considered metal or not, but I love them.

I would count AS. Its like Eddie Trunk says...Metal includes so much, Hard Rock, Speed, Death, Thrash, Glam/Hair etc. Many sub genres.

    Rocker chicky here!!! \m/ LOL

I'm more into the newer stuff these days like Volbeat, Avenged Sevenfold, etc... and I listen to a wide range of music... but my metal roots were mainly Metallica, Megadeth, Ozzy, Pantera, White Zombie... etc etc.

    :)

Any Metal Band with an "M" in their name: Metallica, Motorhead, Megadeth, Manowar, Metal Church, Iron Maiden, makes for good workout music.
