    I flew into Chicago last night, and ate airport food. I have not felt so ill in a long time. I took a s-l-o-w jog around part of the lake this morning. I did 3.5 miles.

    I am on my laptop and cannot access my link for the ticker - will have to do when I get back to San Antonio on Thursday.

    Im very happy that I have taken this personal challenge, Without this I wouldnt given myself lots of reasons to quit many times, lol
    Its just too hot to run in the summer, 97degrees! But since I committed to this challenge, I will run my 50 miles, no exceptions :) halfway finished!
