    you might feel okay now- but your body WILL burn out and it will be hard to recover. Fix it before that happens. So yea, it's too low. You need to eat more.

    We all are required to eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day, otherwise our bodies go into starvation mode, our metabolic rate slams on the breaks making it harder to lose weight.

    Now once you get the 1200 calories in your digestive system, there is nothing wrong with burning thru exercise a couple hundred of it.
