yup 5'5 and i recently gained quite alot of weight i already lost
....so im starting over I think im 125-130 again and my goal is 108-112 but this time around im mainly looking at inches

I'm 5'4" and my goal is... Well I don't know, as much as I can lose?
It sounds worse than it is, at 168lbs I'm pretty sure the most I could lose is 50lbs, and that would still put me in a healthy range.0 -
I'm also 5'5" and my goal is between 140-145 lbs. I want to be strong, not skinny!
I've got a pear shape, but I'm athletic and I'll have a lot of muscle on me at that weight (which I want!). That's also what I weighed in high school when I was a competitive tennis player practicing 3-4 hours a day plus cross-training and tournaments on the weekends.
I started the year at 165 (tied for my highest weight, measurements 38-31-43). 7 weeks later I'm only down to 158, but my measurements are down to 36-29.5-42, so I'm happy with my progress. I'm aiming for a net 1450-1550 calories per day (any less than that and I'm tired all the time) and strength training 3 days a week. I'm slowly adding cardio back in (tough with my asthma & allergies, but ok if I don't push myself too hard), and I'm aiming for 30-45 minutes 3 days for that too.0 -
I have a smallish body frame so 115lbs would be pretty good for me. I would love to bring down my body fat percentage to at least 20% though. (:
115lbs is fine for someone your height and age. And by people telling you to weight train, they aren't calling you fat. A lot of people around here find that they like the results of their weight loss better when they add some strength/resistance training. (myself included)0 -

My usual is 135 & my body has changed so much since I've gotten older that 145 looks pretty darn good now. My husband told me no more losing.....0

My first goal is 128 (currently 133) and after that I think I'll reassess - but I'd really love to hit 120,0

I'm 5'5, I'm around 141 lbs right now, I'd like to get to 132. I hold most of my fat on my bottom, but I like to look slightly chubby so my goal isn't going to be that low. My measurements are like 38-28-38 and I'd like to at least get my waist to 27 inches and shrink my legs as much as possible... but I'll honestly take everything I can! XD0

goal weight for me is 150-155.
This is my goal weight too. I'm about 200lbs atm and I don't think 115 ish is achieveable with maintenance for me. Not as a first goal at least.0 -
I'm currently about 146-147lbs (been there for about a year now - frustrating) but my goal is to be between 135 and 140lbs.0

I'm 5'4.5. I started out at 165 at my heaviest, then got to around 120. I gained a bunch back over a couple of years and especially during a 3 month overseas trip and was back up to 145. Now back down to 125. At 120 I was quite slim but still a bit jiggly around the middle so I'm aiming for 110-115 this time and seeing how that goes. And I'm strength training this time round0

My goal weight is 160, at least currently. If I think I can stand to lose a little more at that point, I'll re-assess when I reach it - but for now, 160 is where I want to be at and where I feel comfortable. I think, overall, I would absolutely not go below 145 - I have a frame not designed to be a model. I have no desire to try to look like one. 115 is way too little for me. Honestly, I think 130 is too. And 140... so I really, really don't want to go much lower than 160 if at all.0

130 sounds good to me, so that's what I'm aiming for. I've decided that once I reach that goal I'll see if I want to lose 5 or 10 more pounds...but I feel like its a good weight to be in.0

The healthy range according to weight watchers for 5,5 is 8 st 8 lb -10 st 10 lb, 123.2lbs to 141.4 lbs. I'm presuming a lot would rather be on the smaller end.0

Right now I'm at 139 and my goal is 125.... though as I loose weight I seem to think that maybe I will go down to 120. I've lost 11.5 pounds in the past 3.5 months and I don't feel like 20 more is too much!0

I am 5 4.5 lol so just a half an inch short of 5' 5" and my goal weight is 130 lbs.... I wouldn't want to go much lower than that........ lowest 125. I like a little meat on my bones, I never wanted to be "skinny" plus the maximum healthy weight in my BMI range is 149, so 130 is a safe place for me........ right in tha middle!0

I'm 5'6 and probably a little older than you (19) but my CW is 154 and my GW is 125. I don't care too much about the GW though, that just seems like a weight that'd be healthy and look good for my size.0
