shred it with Kettlebells

just curious how do you log it? I dont have HRM.

With the 30 day shred I have been logging it as 20 minutes of circuit training. But i didnt know wether to log it ats circuit training or not.

    The last time I did Shred level 1, I burned 185 calories. I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs. Hope that helps. I wear my Polar HRM.

  • Not sure about the program you mention but according to a study you can burn about 15 calories per minute just doing swings or snatches. That's at 50:50 work to rest ratio. Example: 15 seconds swings: 15 seconds rest for 10 minutes total will burn 150 cals.
    If you did (or could do) kbs correctly for an hour without rest (like running) you would burn close to 1800 calories.

    PS I love this workout, I got it for Christmas and I really work up a sweat by the end.
