ok, against my better judgement (ego) here's where I'm currently at.
Been doing stronglifts, and then now just hired on a strength trainer. He wrecked me on thursday, still sore.
I don't know my 1RM, I know what I can do in Stronglifts right now.
Bench: 165# for 5x5
Pendlay Row: 180 for 5x5
Squat: 180 for 5x5 (I have some knee stability issues I'm working through, but I'd like to get that at least to 230 in the near future so I'm doing at least 1x bw.
OHP: 110# 5x5
Deadlift: 300# for 1x5, I'm still looking for my ceiling here, and contemplating strapping up to help my grip.0 -

Another SL 5x5 participant here. I won't ever do a 1RM anymore. Used to do that back in HS Football but now I'm too afriad of injury and being out for weeks.
Here are my working weights as of today:
Squat: 255
Bench: 155
Row: 155
OHP: 110
Deadlift: 275
Squats - tough but I'm still going, I could see getting over 300 before stalling
Bench - probably over 200. Hoping to get more than BW before stalling
Row - I'm going to stall soon on this
OHP - $%$%^^$ you, I hate this excercise.
Deadlift - Going strong on this one, going to need chalk or something soon though as my hands get pretty tore up toward reps 4-5 but still doing both overhand.
Edit: Forgot to add, BW is around 215. Haven't weighed myself for a while but trying to drop at the moment.0 -

Restricted to only lifting up to 8lbs right now because of my spinal fusion I had 7 weeks ago. My 2nd (scoliosis). But I plan on lifting when it's healed.0

I don't think anyone has really listed any unreasonable numbers for OHP. So, why state this? Not like someone is saying 315 or something....0 -

lol, i said mine was on a smith machine, but i said that, and stated what i did with just a barbell. assumed it was pointed at me0
