You are my newest inspiration, WTG girl.0

Before, hot. After, SMOKING HOT. Keep lifting those heavy weights, they seem to be agreeing with you. Or something.0

I'm brain boggled. Same weight, different sizes? :ohwell: The proof is in the pictures.
By the way, I totally thought the woman legendary butt and legs was you.Butt. Not sure where it came from? Oh wait, I know.
....that's not me btw. ...not sure if that needs to be said?

You look absolutely amazing, Chelle, and sexy schmexy to an extreme.0 -
I've been following your progress for a while...congrats, you look amazing! My husband bought me my own power rack so yesterday was my first day on Stronglifts 5x5...again. I quit last year after we bought a house and moved to a place without a gym. Thanks for the inspiration to restart :-)
(I need to start a blog and start participating in the community for accountability...yes I do)0 -
Thank you for posting this. I've actually been looking and researching to see how much of a difference toning can make without much (or any in this case) weight loss. So thank you. This is very encouraging.0

There's a lot (well maybe not a lot, but some) information of recomping around here. There are people (Iliftheavyacrylics for example) who have been very successful at changing the way their body looks without losing/gaining.
I'd link to her blog or pictures or something but it's basically impossible to get to a person's blog on purpose on this website.0 -
ILiftHeavyAcrylics, who lifted while staying at maintenance for a year. Visibly leaner and, in my opinion, a testament to the wonders of recomp.0 -
Bump because it needed to be....0

Agreed weight lifting can change your body completely. Take measurements, pictures, buy a body fat reader. These are such better ways to track progress then the scale. And lift heavy. Awesome job.0

woo! Awesome!0

So many issues with the blogs here! Like how are we supposed to know when someone comments on it or responds after we leave a comment on someone else's blog? Sorry, rant over.0 -
poster woman for why lifting heavy is awesome!!!!! I wanna send this to all my girlfriends and say, look how bulky she got! GAH!
CONGRATS LADY!0 -

Oh. I'm half naked in here. Hmmmm.
:blushing:
Anyway thanks! I took the pic because I was feeling a bit anxious about my weight jumping up at the beginning of my bulk, even though I knew it was from increasing carbs, and I wanted to see it a bit more objectively. Then I started looking through my progress folder and realized I actually look a bit smaller than I did when I first reached goal weight.0 -
Awesome job. Very inspiring! I have been lifting heavy since March and holy cow what a difference!0
-
I love this! You look so good, great work0
-
OP, awesome work! I'm 5'4" and 140-145# size four only other time in my life I've weighed this much is when I was pregnant but I'm two sizes smaller than high school!!!! This is why pics and measurements e are a must, especially for ladies who lift!0
