Pretty much all of She Music. Chiptune music, has a good rythym, very upbeat, perfect workout music.

I like to use music to motivate me to exercise longer and daily. I have a long weight loss journey ahead of me and want to make the ultimate playlist to workout to!
I know this has probably been asked before, but please help me out!
I'll take any genre and from any time period of music!
    Thanks.

Have you tried Spotify? There are TONS of playlists on there for everything you could imagine.

YES !!! Glad someone made this thread I'm always looking for song that get my HR to the 130-150 mark on the treadmill.

Heres some of my songs (Don't Laugh 8) )

Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger ( Gotta Love Rocky)
    Mudvayne - Not Falling
Katey Perry - Hot n Cold
    Lady Gaga - Telephone
    Eminem - Loose Yourself
Avenged Seven Fold - Hail To The King
Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal

Some Five Finger Death Punch if you into the heavy metal.

I think Eye Of The Tiger is one of the most played workout songs ever. I listen to it all the time. Same goes for Eminem. The faster he raps the faster I go!

Eye of the Tiger and Pharrell Williams' Happy are my favorites to work out too!

I like epic / video game / trailer type music. Two Steps From Hell, E.S. Posthumus, etc... Clint Mansell's "Requiem for a Dream" is always my start up song followed by TSO's Requiem (Beethoven's Fifth).

... The music i listen to isn't music but audio books.... while it may not have the same effect as the rocky theme music... that some people get.. It gets me to forget about the time... while i'm working out... also i don't listen to the story unless i'm working out... so often i'm wanting to work out so i can hear the rest of the story.....

I can make a two hour walk last three hours... or a two hour workout at the gym feel like 30minutes...

Audio books... I do like them, but I can't listen more than once. Do you know where any good one's or good sites to go for them? :)
