Think I may go to the pools tomorrow, put the kids in their floaties and drag them up and down the pool doing laps for an hour! That should burn some calories....0 -
I just realized I may not get the full 3500 calorie burn this week, per my INSANITY program and my HRM I am supposed to be taking a recovery week. My recovery week workout dvd only burned 365 calories yesterday. Multiply by 6 days and... well, under 3500 calorie burn. Oh well. I'm still in for the under fat for 7 days challenge! And I'll keep logging my exercise calories on here0
