Male, 6'1", 305 lubs. Down 10 pounds from about 2 months ago and have decided it's time to commit to a healthier lifestyle change now that summer's here.
I've always read 'dieting doesn't work' because you have to make lifestyle changes and stick to it.
Anyways, so small gains (losses?) over the last couple months have motivated me to actually keep a closer track on what coming in and going out through diet, as in food, and exercise. Maybe this website will help.
