Wellll, I was hoping to be out of the 2's, but I relaxed the reins a bit on vacation, and I did NOT drink enough water. I did manage to lose 5lbs, so there's still a downward trend.
I also have committed to a 30 day vegetarian challenge to test the waters for further life changes.

I didn't make my goal weight for the month of June, but I did lose 8lbs! I will keep going and pump it up a little so that I can at least continue to lose my 8lbs (or more) per month.0 -
I'm back at the gym & lost .9# this week. Not spectacular but it's a pass, I guess. We'll see how it's going by 6/30.

When I left for my cruise last Tuesday I weighed 201 pounds. I came back at 210 going on 211. I'm sure a lot of the gain is water weight. But a lot is also the plates of pastries, cakes, brownies, cookies, the ice cream and of course the many slices of pizza I ate over 8 days. I'm not sweating it cause it was fun!! Don't regret it one bit

One thing I'm looking forward to is my planned 8 night cruise at the end of June. Also because of that cruise I'm not too certain I will make my 5 pounds this month but will sure try.
Another thing I'm looking forward to is onederland :happy: . Don't have a goal for it but do hope it happens some time this summer.
Third is camping zip lining trip I'm taking in July
