    6/20: 34.2 miles running, 41.1 miles total with walking.

    6/23: 44.4 miles running, 51.3 total with walking.

    This weekend I ran my first 10 miler! I did it in 2:14.08. Not bad for a first time and with hills along the route!

    6/25: 49.6 miles running, 56.5 total with walking.

    So close!!! I want my 50 miles to be running and anything over that is bonus!

    Hit my goal and then some! 54.6 miles!

    I had planned on running 80 miles for the month of June, but I will not meet my goal. I will probably reach between 70 and 75 miles. I didn't take into account my rest days, and also that I was averaging 2.5-3 miles per run. Next month I will keep my target at 80 since I will be using the C210K app and will be running 4-5 miles on average.

    Updated Goal: 25.77/25 - .77 past goal - WOOT. just made it. I don't know if I'll be running again this month. I realize that I need to start running more consistently, though, because my 3.5 miles this morning was really difficult... I had wanted to do 4.5, but at about 3, was really exhausted so I pushed another half-mile and then called it quits.

    Thru 6/28-107+ miles running and 40 bike/rowing. Expect to run Sunday and Monday so might get to 118. Mission accomplished. And that should put me around 1,400 miles the past 12 months which is a huge # for me given the state of my back. Big thanks to my chiropractor and LMT for keeping me out there. And thanks to MFP and these threads for getting me motivated.

    It is pretty evident by this point that I will miss my June Challenge by quite a lot... Summer vacation that I felt would be a help to the goal created a substantial amount of conflicts I did not project. Daily runs that I got in were pretty good... Just Not enough of them to get 60 miles. Hope to go out again tomorrow....

    Didn't make my June goal of 80 miles. I was a bit of a slacker at the beginning of the month and then pulled muscle over the weekend so I couldn't get my 12 miles in. Will run 5.5 tonight after work which will put me at 64.5 miles for the month. I didn't think having my in-laws staying with us would impact my running schedule as much as it did. But they've safely returned home now so July I'm getting back on track!!!

    Its in the mid 90'this week been getting freaking hot! but I am hanging in there leaving around 7 at night.I broke my treadmill.
