Need a sample mix 'n match menu...

Does anyone know of a sample outline of meals that I can choose from (mix and match) that keep me around the 1200 calorie range? I prefer a lower carb plan but I'm just tired of trying to think of things to eat. I'd love to be able to just choose from a list of meals that are already calculated for each meal and snack. Thanks!

I've had this one saved in my bookmarks for a long time...enjoy! Tailor it however you need to get down to 1200, but 1200 is so bare minimum for a woman's daily caloric needs that 1500 is more reasonable anyway...0 -
