    Options
    Set a goal for 50 miles and broke it. Did a total of 61.9 miles running, total with walking 68.8 miles.

    Setting July's goal for 60 miles.

    Beat my goal of 70 by almost 13 miles and that was taking a week off while on holiday. I did lots of walking in the city but no running other than catching the train.

    My logged runs is at 97.8 miles so I'll have to whip out a 2.5 before volleyball today to get to that nice round 100. My SonicPed shows that I have 250 miles for all activities but that includes all dog walks, kickball, softball, volleyball and daily routines.

    I have been horrible about coming here to update my mileage but I was keeping track on my calendar. I thought I set my goal at 65 miles so I made sure to reach that yesterday morning. Now today I find out that my goal was 60! June was my second highest miles/month ever. I'm sure I'll set a new monthly high once I go back to HM training later this summer.

    Super Super Excited. This was the first month that I set my goal over 100-- I have been consistently getting 100 miles each month. This month my goal was 125 and I got 156 with some amazing runs in. Here is to an awesome July.
