Wow! Some amazing lunch ideas out there... Unfortunately mine is not one if them today, I only had time for 1.5 rice cakes, popcorn butter flavoured. Although I did take yogurt, cantaloupe and grapefruit with me.0

Lunch with clients...

My lunch was pretty boring...

Trader Joe's Sai Tung Green Curry with Red Gaba Rice. Bought it on a whim last night, having never tried it before! I am a big fan of Thai green curry so I was skeptical and only bought one - but it was GREAT! I keep Trader Joe's frozen meals at work for when I don't have leftovers so I don't overspend for lunch... my go-to choices are the Paneer Tikka Masala, Aloo Chaat Kati Pouches, Sweet Corn Tamales, and the Chicken Quesadillas... Now add the Sai Tung Green Curry! Yum!0

Mine was a quick "meal" because I was running around doing errands after my workout this morning. I drank a Lean Shake from GNC with 8 ounces of skim milk. It was around 270 calories, so kind of skimpy for a meal, but it was better than the alternatives: starving until I got home or fast food!0

Turkey jerky, a side salad, and some cheese0
