I'm confused. I'm Canadian and my air only comes in metric servings. Will that affect my weight loss?

No, you will lose in grammes rather than in ounces.

I have found that ocean air is the best. I have lost 45 lbs on ocean air. Best if inhaled while enjoying the walk along the shore (I find spoons and bowls inhibit my stride)

But what about the sodium content?

Dust - high in fat, or low in fat?

Would the dust be considered protein?

    Seriously funny everyone!

Clean air is a myth, any kind of air will help you lose weight.

    You're welcome

How does it "work" or help if it provides no calories or satiety? At least you could drink yourself full with water (albeit only for a short while) and that has zero calories.

You should try some of my chicago air. It's very premium!!!

How would you track that in macros? I just don't understand how to weigh or measure this? HALP! Should I swap that for carbs if I have some left? I'm so confused...

This "air" - how many payments of $39.99 do I make? And if I call now, do I get two for free?

    My thoughts exactly!

How is this "air" going to fit in my macros?

I am pretty sure I gained all my weight by eating air in the first place since I never went over 1200 calories. Guess this diet wont work for me after all... #specialsnowflake#.

Sigh. Were you weighing your air???

It's called "air". You eat it after you've consumed your daily allotment of calories. It helped me lose 50 pounds and it can help you too!

I CALL FOUL!!!! your ticker clearly shows only 44 lbs lost, where did the extra 6 lbs come from????
