    My lunch was pretty boring...

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, string cheese, glass of milk.

I was a bad girl and had no fruit or veggie with my lunch.

Trader Joe's Sai Tung Green Curry with Red Gaba Rice. Bought it on a whim last night, having never tried it before! I am a big fan of Thai green curry so I was skeptical and only bought one - but it was GREAT! I keep Trader Joe's frozen meals at work for when I don't have leftovers so I don't overspend for lunch... my go-to choices are the Paneer Tikka Masala, Aloo Chaat Kati Pouches, Sweet Corn Tamales, and the Chicken Quesadillas... Now add the Sai Tung Green Curry! Yum!

Roasted chicken/ red bell pepper salad

    Roasted chicken
    red bell pepper
    red onion
    cilantro
    olive oil
    balsamic vinegar
    feta cheese
    garlic

Chop it all up and toss. Great because it tasted better the more it has time to meld the flavors.

Mine was a quick "meal" because I was running around doing errands after my workout this morning. I drank a Lean Shake from GNC with 8 ounces of skim milk. It was around 270 calories, so kind of skimpy for a meal, but it was better than the alternatives: starving until I got home or fast food!
