8oz of grilled chicken with rosemary
2 squares of chocolate (90% cacao)
I brought the 150g watermelon they add as fruit for the afternoon snack

1 cup of egg whites scrambled with pumpkin, baby spinach, red capsicum, grated zuchini and little low-fat feta cheese. Came to about 180 calories so I got to have a banana and some chocolate for dessert0
