    2 Carrots + 1/2 Zucchini (boiled)
    8oz of grilled chicken with rosemary
    2 squares of chocolate (90% cacao)

    I brought the 150g watermelon they add as fruit for the afternoon snack

    1 cup of egg whites scrambled with pumpkin, baby spinach, red capsicum, grated zuchini and little low-fat feta cheese. Came to about 180 calories so I got to have a banana and some chocolate for dessert :D

    Thin slice of deli roast turkey on Sara Lee Whole wheat White bread (2) & mustard,2 fresh radishes.1 serving of lower fat chips. 2 glasses of iced tea,no sugar.
    Good meal that will keep me full till dinner.

    Enormous plate of lettuce (it's from last week's CSA box, and there's no room in the fridge for this week's), vinaigrette, artichokes, beetroot, tomatoes, fennel, marinated anchovies, rabbit, blackberries and strawberries.

    I go in for mega-salads for lunch..
