    Half a pot of Tesco finest chargrilled mushroom pasta with peppery baby leaf salad, cucumber, tomato, onion if I have any left and parmasan cheese coleslaw because it needs used up lol

    Hi you,

    Broccoli Soup
    2 Carrots + 1/2 Zucchini (boiled)
    8oz of grilled chicken with rosemary
    2 squares of chocolate (90% cacao)

    I brought the 150g watermelon they add as fruit for the afternoon snack

    1 cup of egg whites scrambled with pumpkin, baby spinach, red capsicum, grated zuchini and little low-fat feta cheese. Came to about 180 calories so I got to have a banana and some chocolate for dessert :D

    Thin slice of deli roast turkey on Sara Lee Whole wheat White bread (2) & mustard,2 fresh radishes.1 serving of lower fat chips. 2 glasses of iced tea,no sugar.
    Good meal that will keep me full till dinner.

    Enormous plate of lettuce (it's from last week's CSA box, and there's no room in the fridge for this week's), vinaigrette, artichokes, beetroot, tomatoes, fennel, marinated anchovies, rabbit, blackberries and strawberries.

    I go in for mega-salads for lunch..

    If you mean 31 grams of protein and 13 grams of carbs, this is impossible. Both protein and carbs have 4 calories per gram.

    Kashi Toasted Asiago Cheese crackers
    and some strawberries and green grapes.

    85g mixed greens, 1 serving (3oz cooked) chicken tenders(salt, pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, adobo) with a sour cream, lemon, and mustard dressing.
  • A Wendy's asian chicken salad (they forgot the cashews, which I am actually grateful for) and green ice tea. I ate half the salad and will finish the rest this afternoon. Today is my first day of exercising and eating right. Well, Better.

    Homemade Fusilli with Tomatoes and Corn pasta salad, 2 oz. of plain tuna and a Stretch Island Fruit Co. fruit strip because I was craving something sweet. Heading out to the gym now to burn it all back off!
