A very small Cesar salad with grilled chicken w/lite dressing came out to be 115 cal 31 protein 13 carbs

If you mean 31 grams of protein and 13 grams of carbs, this is impossible. Both protein and carbs have 4 calories per gram.

A Wendy's asian chicken salad (they forgot the cashews, which I am actually grateful for) and green ice tea. I ate half the salad and will finish the rest this afternoon. Today is my first day of exercising and eating right. Well, Better.

    Kashi Toasted Asiago Cheese crackers

They are really good. I was trying for a while to find a good cracker for tuna to help "spice" it up and ive been hooked ever since. I like the Kashi brand too, most of their stuff is pretty good.
