    I discovered today that I can walk! And I can enjoy it! It was a total revelation and the absolute highlight of my day! Bring on the miles! Though..hmm..I need to burn some serious calories over the next few days..hmm...

    I just realized I may not get the full 3500 calorie burn this week, per my INSANITY program and my HRM I am supposed to be taking a recovery week. My recovery week workout dvd only burned 365 calories yesterday. Multiply by 6 days and... well, under 3500 calorie burn. Oh well. I'm still in for the under fat for 7 days challenge! And I'll keep logging my exercise calories on here :)
