Hi all! I am up 3 after too much belated birthday celebrations and ladies monthlies. Not going to beat myself up about it! I expect a bigger loss next friday. Good luck to everyone weighing in!

Current weight: 147.8. I only dropped 0.2 pounds this week. However I did get a new scale this week because I knew my old one was off, so that is probably why it's showing only 0.2 pounds. Been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred for 10 days now. Definitley gaining muscle.

***Hey All! Some people are just posting their own stats and some people are copy and pasting the whole list to update their stats. The problem is if we don't all stick to one system some will get left behind. I'm willing to keep things in check if people want to just post their progress I'll update the list over the weekend after everyone has weighed in. That way our thread won't get filled up with the list being posted over and over again. I went through and cleaned it up a bit, deleting those that never weighed in. If you are new or returning just post your Start Weight, Goal weight for the V-day Challenge and your current weight and I will add it to the list. Thanks everyone and good luck!

Gained back the 3 lbs i had lost so back at my starting weight....174......but I lost half an inch on my measurements. I'll take that and be happy. I think TOM is gonna visit. Hasn't in 4 years cuz of depo but I stopped that. That may be the reason for the gain. I'm still happy with the measurements and will be back down next week. This is not going to discourage me.
