    Wow! Awesome job you are doing! In your pic a year ago, i can see in your eyes that you are not happy. In your current one, you are just beaming on the outside and from within ;)! You're an inspiration for what you have accomplished and what you've learned! I personally get the spine/mobility motivation mixed in with your other issues. I hardly ever have a flare up anymore and i just started at the end of april. Best of luck to you on your fitness journey and in life!

    So inspirational! Today I am 4 weeks and 2 days post sleeve, and I feel great! I have lost a total of 50 pounds (19 since my surgery). I hope that in one year I am able to post a similar story here!
