or 2 AM when I wake up on the couch, let the cat out, turn off the TV and go to bed.

Since I'm up at 5am weekdays, my normal bedtime is 10:30ish. Weekends around 11:30 to 12:00.

    Same here.

If I'm working the next day: 9:30, if not 10:30-11.

Anywhere between 9 pm and 2 am (depends on what I'm doing for the night). I fall asleep within 5 minutes and I'm always awake 7.5 - 8 hours later like clockwork no matter when I go to bed.

For me, no later than 10pm.

For my kids (3 & 5), no later than 8pm.

I usually go to bed between 11pm and 1am and wake up between 6am and 8am so I get around 7 hrs of sleep a night.
  • If you get 7 hours of sleep I think there's no such thing. My average is probably around 12am-1am to get up between 7-8am.

I seem to do well with 7 hours sleep. And I generally get up by 6 or 6:30am. So 11pm seems like a reasonable bedtime for me.

    Reasonable - between 10 & 11.30.

Mostly it's between 12 & 1 when I go to bed and can be anything up until 5am before I actually fall asleep, but I'm trying to get to bed by 11.30 now because I want to be able to be up by 8.30am at the latest Mon-Fri and at the moment I'm getting so little sleep at night I kill my alarm on auto-pilot and fall back asleep.

Anywhere from 10:30pm to 12:30am. If I'm out later I need to unwind before I can fall asleep. Otherwise I'm up at 2am
