Can you tell me what your workouts are so I can maybe try them.
Di you change your diet or just your portion sizes.
I just seem to be doing all this excerise and getting no results! its really soul destroying! So my fitness pal is kinda like a last resort for me0 -

Hey, I joined my fitness pal and kept my calories at 1200 or under, I had quite a few days where I was well under and quite a few days where I was well over too! I work long split shift hours so I ate little on the days I was working but I just tried to eat healthy basically, I try to eat brown bread instead of white, eat as much fruit and veg as poss, I eat a lot of peanut butter on wholemeal toast, weetabix with one tbsp of honey and semi skimmed milk, blueberries a greek yoghurt - these were my main breakfasts. And I did Jillian micheals 30 days shred - google it, and I am now on Jillian micheals ripped in 30 and I'm currently 3 weeks into this DVD. It's only 30 mins of exercise a day (with a few days off where I've been lazy) but it's intense exercise! Strength training, cardio and abs are worked on in the DVD. And yes portion size as well. It does help that I work crazy hours as I don't have time to eat that much! But I just try to eat as good as I can and keep below 1200 calories each day0
