Hi everyone, my name is Jacqui and I am new to myfitnesspal. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by my birthday which is April 22. I would appreciate any help and support you might offer.

    You go girl! Stick with it, you will find it becomes a habit to check calories before you eat something. Exercise lets you eat lots more because you burn calories, so do it!

    april 30 lbs sounds like too much too quick, I hope you can do it, just dont get hurt.
