I love peanut butter. LOVE!!! I could eat it all day, even on meat, kind of love!
But how much is too much when you are trying to lose weight? Or does it matter as long as you stay below your calorie limit?

Oh my, I love my peanut butter. I have my Adam's PB on a large burrito shell and call it a Adams peanut butter wrap!0

I love it too, especially mixed with melted dark chocolate on a banana!
I eat 2 tablespoons a day!0 -
I can't do peanut butter because once I start, I will NOT stop!0

I eat it frequently but limit it to 1 serving (2 tablespoons) and incorporate it into my calories for the day.0

Love my PB! In my Lo Mein, in my Chili, on my pancakes, in my ice cream, on a spoon. Wish it were calorie free. :smooched:0

I have an apple with 2 Tbsp of peanut butter for breakfast like 4 or 5 times a week. Yummy!0

It doesn't matter as long as you can fit it into your daily calories.
Personally, I weigh my nut butters because it's so calorie dense.
I love me some PB, AND I love me some Nutella. Even better together.0 -

Sadly, me too.
I used to love it on bananas or in oatmeal.
I have to go now and have a cry.
I'm sorry, OP, I didn't even answer your question. Peanut butter is a-ok if you can limit your portions to fit in to your calorie allotment for the day. :happy:0 -
I just got pb2. 45 Cal for 2tbsp.0

This! I live alone and probably go through a jar a week. Tuna, beef and Peanut butter are my 3 main protein sources, but not all at once!0 -
As long as it fits in with my calories for the day, I will eat it. Or plan days around it-I wanted PB so much that I had PB and apples for lunch today. And it was perfect.0

Apples and peanut butter, bananas and peanut butter are my sweet tooth treats in the evening. I only eat 2 tbsp/day
Growing up my Grandmother used to make peanut butter, lettuce and mayo on white bread. I love this combo but can't take the hit on the fat right now. Don't knock this til you've tried it!0 -
I'm not the biggest peanut butter fan nor am I a diabetic but I have been using fifty fifty low glycemic peanut butter no sugar added its still got the calories but not the sugar. I saves me a little. If its your krypto buy the mini cups and keep it at work so you only eat it when there. Or just have a single serving---Good luck!0

Does it taste as good?0 -
I DO got through a jar a week! I'm addicted to it. I'll skimp on something else just so I can have Peanut butter.
Like I can eat it by the spoon fulls!!
But does it have bad fat or just the good fats?0 -
I LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut butter. I make my own out of roasted peanuts *lightly salted* in a food processor. I only allow myself 28 grams per day because I know me. If I kept the jar out...it would be gone before I realized it so I get out my portion and put the jar back up.0
