A nice woman watched me do my squats and, when I was done, asked me how in the world I could squat so much. It made me feel great and I got to share my love of TNRLW with her.4

I just did a sit up...I weighted my feet down but I have never been able to do them before, I just crunched. I am so flippin happy right now :blushing:5

Found a pair of jeans while looking for gaming dice. 4 sizes smaller than my largest jeans (that I still wear because I'm a cheapskate. Belts are good.) Wore them to work today. It's weird wearing pants that fit.3

Managed to actually hoist myself up using only my arms while doing a seated climb in pole. It wasn't very much, but it counts. My instructor said a few weeks ago that she noticed I can lift my own weight a bit with my arms, but I've never been able to see it. That was the first time it was obvious to me that I did pull myself up.2

Today while I was doing my shopping at the grocery store, some guy was checking me out.
Granted, he was an old dude, but I suppose I'm old, too. LOL4 -
Went out to lunch and shopping for clothes with my sister, and for the first time in my life (I'm 70 years old) I wore a smaller size than my sister. Felt good!8

I ran 50km yesterday! It was my longest distance ever and I actually felt great by the end. Two years ago I struggled to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Being able to log 40 minutes of running while training for a 10K I haven't signed up for yet. I actually got onto Playmakers' website and looked at some races in my area. Never thought I would do that.4

I m just starting the journey , but wow so much energy now and I am much much more happy!
Yesterday joking and playing with my husband, noticed that I got so much stronger he said nothing but I knew he got a bit surprised, so stopped before he got hurt lool2 -
Yesterday I looked down at my knees while sitting at work and realized that my thighs don't touch anymore even when my knees are (but only when sitting). Totally brought a smile to my face.5

I have completed the first two weeks of my diet, started July 5. So I am now more or less halfway thru!:happy:4

Happened last week at the pool, took my shirt off and a girl sun tanning a few yards away took her sunglasses off and watched me for a few moments until I caught her..felt good.8

Last night, I went out with two significantly younger ladies. I got carded also! I wish I had taken a picture of the kid's face when he read the date on my license. I could have been his grandmother!6

I ordered my first medium sized shirt for work! The 9 years I've been there I've always ordered a XL.

Someone I hadn't seen in a few weeks noticed right away that I had lost weight.5

At the beginning of summer I bought a shirt size medium and felt good about getting into a medium again. Last week it was looking baggy so I got the exact same style in a small (and at half off).4

Just sat in a movie theater seat and my hips didn't brush the armrests. Sweet.6

A girl at work who weighs 110lbs~ said "I wish I was as healthy as you".
