5'5" here. My doctor tells me I should be under 150 for my height,personally I think he is crazy, but I'll be happy if I can get to 185. I'm at 225 right now and just started this myfitnesspal thing on Friday.0

5' 3 1/2" here, 169 pounds down from 242 heading toward 145 but hopefully a much more muscular 145. then i'll see how things are and reassess.0
