Over in proteins???

Is there such a thing as having to much protein in a day? I eat a lot of chicken and on those days where I have fish also I go way over in my proteins, should this a concern or should I just ignore it?

Same here! ALWAYS over on protein. At end of day, I am always searching the house for empty carbs that have no protein. Can't wait to hear the answer.0
