Hello I'm going to do a 30 day juice fast starting tomorrow I've done them before but only for about 3 to 5 days.
So please tell me this :
Weight, height and gender before & (weight) after (pics too if youd like)
How you stuck with it for so long
How much exercise you did during
how to fight the hunger during the first few days?
& any tips!

Don't do squats or sprints... could have some uncontrollable squirts0

30 days seems like a really long time for a juice fast.0

ETA: What happens after 30 days??
Yeah, you will lose weight, but once you start eating normal you will gain it all back.0 -

Not sure if OP is serious, but fasting for 30 days with nothing but juice?? You can pretty much say bye bye to much of your lean body mass. :ohwell:0

1. 5'4", starting weight 265 lbs, current weight 180 lbs. Female
2. I stuck with it by eating at a moderate calorie deficit, meeting my macros, and fitting in foods I love.
3. I like to lift heavy and run.
4. I find I'm not too hungry as long as I get adequate protein and fats and don't have too large a deficit.
Tips: Apply the above, drop the juice fast.0 -
In for the train wreck.0

An asinine idea.0

Don't do squats or sprints... could have some uncontrollable squirts
Ain't that the truth! It's a shock to your digestive system for a bit.0 -
You quote being healthy a lot in your profile:
"to be all in all healthy"
"health issues in my family"
"healthy life"
Juice fasts are not healthy. Horrible, stupid idea that is doomed to failure.0 -
Yikes! And....
IN!0 -
In for the train wreck.

Don't do it, it'll just mess with your metabolism. My wife did the Master Cleanse thing and lost 10lbs in that period of time and gained all of it back and she was on a nutrition plan given by a Dietitian.
Edit: If you're going to do it, then do it with the goal of cleansing your Liver (health goal) or whatever fasting goal there is, but weight-loss, at least not MAINTAINABLE weight loss, shouldn't be the goal.0 -

Are you trying to lose all 19 lbs you want to lose according to your profile in this 30 days? Not healthy, not sustainable and not practical.
And are you even 18? Your profile gives two ages.0 -
You are gonna feel like hell without any fat0

Thirty days? Far too long (if at all!).0

seriously reconsider this.
the body does not need to fast and detox. all you are going to do is have no energy to work out. you will not build any type of lean muscle mass. you will have no energy to do cardio. after 30 days when you eat food it will a big back fire
how about doing a green juice 1-2 times a day and lean meats and vegetables.
much more long lasting.

No.

There's no need to Juice fast and frankly this idea is ridiculous. If you like to drink Juice, then drink it along with your meals. But drinking only juice for a month is not a good idea.0

you will not build any type of lean muscle mass
If she's lucky the worst thing that happens is she doesn't grow. Juice only for a month will likely result in muscle catabolism and just screw things up more for her.0
