I am currently maintaining around 134 - 136 lbs and wearing a size 4 or 6 depending on the brand.
I lost about 20 lbs and was wearing a 8 or 10.0 -
5 ft 7 153lbs size 6...medium shirt...although they are getting a bit...well loose...1

First of all I'd like to start off by saying yes dear you look like youve lost weight. Also your arms do not look flabby at all. The thing that shaped up my arms the best was jillian michaels 30 day shred. Oh boy does it work. I can feel muscles in my arms!

I'm 5' 8", weigh 159 lbs, and wear a size 8 pant. Tops I'm a medium (sometimes large because of my boobs lol). Talking about your arms, in my opinion exercise and weights will get rid of some of your arm fat, but if you've had it for a long time now you have to expect that it will never be completely gone. If you're a certain size for a while, your skin gets used to being stretched to that size, and just because you're smaller now doesn't mean your skin can shrink back down all the way.0

I am pear shaped and always had a butt, even as a skinny high schooler. Funny how we all carry weight differently.3 -

I have two pairs of 10s that fit, both from LOFT if that means anything to anyone - and I've got juniors 11 & 13. But my "official size" right now is 12.
I no longer have any 14s, finally got out of those around 181 lb.0 -

It really depends on the brand of jeans and your overall shape. Some women are more bottom heavy so even though exactly the same weight and height as someone else, may wear a size or two larger.

Dang....I am almost 5'8 and 235 and I am in size 20! Even very thin & athletic in high school I have never been smaller than a 12-14!

I'm 138 to 142, and weigh a size 8 in Brooks Brothers pants. I've noticed that in Old Navy, I'm an x-small...so I don't really trust sizing as a measure.0

Man that is lucky. I'm 5'9" and some change, and at my highest weight of 185ish I was wearing 14s that JUST fit. I probably could have worn a 16. I'm 150 or so now and am an 80

What a great topic! I am just a quarter inch under 5'8" so I always round up. I am a pear shap and wear 14-16 at 230lbs. I used to be an hourglass shape before gaining weight and even when I had a flat tummy, ran track, and weighed 180 I wore size 12 and maybe 10 at the lowest mostly because sprinting gives you thick thighs. I have no idea what size I will be when I meet my goal weight of 1400

5'7.5 here and currently 120lbs right now I wear a 0-2 in pants but also don't have a lot of curves I am a very straight build1
